1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Your access to and use of the Titan Legal & Commercial Ltd website (TL&C Website) is subject exclusively to the aforementioned Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.  By using the TL&C Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using this website.  This agreement governs the use of the TL&C web site; including any associated and incidental services provided by TL&C.  TL&C reserves the right at its discretion to modify any part or all of this Agreement at any time; effective immediately upon notice, published on the web site. Your use of the TL&C web site constitutes your binding acceptance of the Terms and Conditions; including any modifications made by TL&C.

The contents of the TL&C Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.  We recommend that you take independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor or public access barrister before proceeding with any claim.  Every effort will be made to ensure that our products are updated regularly to ensure accuracy.  All our products are for information only or drafted to your specification and do not in any way constitute legal advice.                                                                                                        2.1 Condition protecting the trading name of Titan Legal - Initial free consultations with a representative of Titan Legal does not give permission to any person or potential client to use Titan Legals name as a threat or bargaining tool against an employer - you may only use Titan Legal's e-mail addresses as a point of contact if you have been accepted as a client of Titan legal and you have a valid claim - breach of this aforementioned condition will incur costs and a legal remedy if the name of Titan Legal is brought into disrepute by the flagrant disregard and use of the Titan Legal trading name.

3. Changes to Website

Titan Legal & Commercial Ltd reserves the right to:
3.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) this website or any part of it without notice and you should take note that Titan Legal & Commercial Ltd shall not be liable to you in damages for any such change or removal; and
3.2 should the TL&C website change these Terms and Conditions at any time, your use at anytime of the TL&C Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such a change.

The TL&C Website includes links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others.  Links to other websites is not an endorsement or recommendation of such websites and your usage of the TL&C Website gives acknowledgement and agreement that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

You agree to indemnify and hold TL&C Website and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against TL&C Website arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.

8. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England Scotland & Wales and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

10.  Fair Usage Policy -  EMail Support Services and the Delivery of Fixed Price Solutions.
The e-mail support provided for our fixed price solutions is to be used in an appropriate manner and not in an excessive and disruptive manner to such an extent that it compromises the work of TL&C.  Where there is disruption TL&C reserves the right to charge a standard rate for excessive use, suspend or cancel e-mail support until further notice.  We expect our clients to act with the utmost integrity whilst benefiting from our low cost solutions.  If it is discovered that there has been an abuse of the service, we reserve the right to charge our standard hourly rate for the entire cost of the case.

11. Professional Conduct of our Staff
All our Specialists abide by the principles of professional conduct – the Bar Council Code of Conduct and the Law Society Rules.  In complying with the Rules and the Code be aware that our Employment Specialists will aid the Tribunal and the other side even if it is adverse to your case.  We do not take on cases where there is a conflict of interest to ourselves or to you as a client.  If you have already instructed a solicitor or public access barrister, we will not act for you. TL&C is authorised and regulated by the Ministry of Justice CRM 22762.

12. Complaints
Complaints can be made by e-mailing the address displayed on the complaints page.  All complaints are taken seriously and are dealt with within 7-10 days.
