Our Bronze Solution is the first step in the employment complaints process after your initial consultation with us. To read your papers and give an opinion advice on whether or not you have a valid claim comes under this solution. The Bronze Solution is also an easy and affordable way to get your appeal papers drafted if you are going through a grievance procedure. We have had great success with employee reinstatement after drafting appeal papers (no guarantees). The Bronze Solution is also ideal if you need your employment tribunal application (ET1) drafted. Your ET1 must be fully particularised, that is, everything that has happened to you at work must be fully set out.
